Barefoot Dwelling PROJECT COORDINATION services are offered as needed to ensure that your project timeline, goals and budget are achieved. These on-site and administrative services can include trades management, building materials coordination, budget tracking, etc. Literally any additional support needed to maintain your project schedule and outcome. Unless outlined in your project fee, Project Coordination is billed hourly.
DESIGN DOCUMENTATION
Lighting, hardware, and paint schedules….Custom millwork, built-ins and space plans …. Our comprehensive DESIGN DOCUMENTATION ensures trades are prepared with a clear road map outlining design intent, placement and other important design specifications.
The INSTALLATION phase of the project is where the magic happens! At this time the foundation of your renovation is in place and we are excited to install and layer the furniture, artwork and accessories perfectly into your beautiful space!
